Drylands

from Advent (remastered) by Advent

/

lyrics

The vast land mottled with cracks;
Brown hills rest against the sky.
Twisted rotten roots and warm moss.
In these lands, all accustomed to die.

After nightmare; world sunset,
Leaden clouds promise salvation rain,
In the depths are born coolness;
Rain will never fall on Earth again.

Perhaps sun was gone from us too,
To see the other stars in the universe.
It left the land in cold and solitude,
Where no nothing will bloom again.

For every skyline will be desert,
For every city will be a monument.
In a dryland, nothing have a lifeform;
In a dryland all dream have descend.

Immovable and majestic,
Shadow covers the living entity;
Endless and vile,
A crack paint exquisite patterns.

In a blackened skies I see in disguise,
How coming here the eternity.
Winds do not blow the horn, waiting for their turn.
To turn a particles of dust.

But sky doesn't cry,
These lands a closed to die.
Silence slowly fading in a loud noise.
But, where this land lie,
Lonely flower gonna die.
Road is making riddles on our way.
